Site Supervisor

The goal of a site supervisor is to ensure that construction or operational activities at a specific site are carried out effectively, efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications and requirements. The site supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and managing on-site operations, and their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational planning based on optimizing the productivity of personnel and resources.
  • Monitoring specifications and providing targeted solutions with clearly defined responsibilities to ensure the profitability of deployment.
  • Supervising field workers at various locations, motivating, and communicating with employees. Additionally, you regularly engage with them through “Toolbox” and “Supervision” meetings.
  • Ensuring optimal security and signage in the public domain, in compliance with the relevant regulations. Reporting damages or violations is also part of your responsibility. You must also closely monitor the use of personal protective equipment by field personnel.
  • Regularly reporting to clients on the progress and completion of construction sites
  • Reporting on the performance of employees

Job requirements

  • Prior experience as a site supervisor (in telecom) is a must.
  • Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate on-site teams, set a positive example, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • The ability to identify and address issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Understanding the technical aspects of the project, including construction methods, equipment, and industry-specific knowledge
  • well-versed in safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Being adaptable and able to make quick decisions in response to unexpected changes.
